Condray & Young was founded in 2003 after Matt Young completed his degree in Horticulture from Kansas State University.  Although, at that time we were a small company with a different name.  In 2006 with the addition of Micheal Young, the company began working towards the ultimate goal of a “one stop shop” for lawn and landscape care.  In 2007 after working for a number of other companies in Topeka, Kelly Condray decided the standard of landscape maintenance needed to change.  Kelly started a company that provided superior service in lawn and landscape management.  While completing a large project that Matt and Micheal had acquired in 2008, they contracted Kelly and his crews to help.  During the project, they began to see the possibility of the ultimate dream each of them had, “one stop shop”.  In 2009 the merger of the 2 companies was completed.  Together the three would build Condray & Young into what it is today.

In 2013, the dream of having a company that could design, install, and maintain any landscape was completed, yet one more service was needed to complete the vision.  The addition of Topeka Tree Care, made the vision a reality.  By offering tree care services, Condray & Young became the only true full service lawn, landscape, and tree company in Topeka.
